Problems printing to a Photocopier mailbox (using LPR format)
Using Rbuilder 9.02 and Delphi 6, XP SP2 and Windows 2000 server fully
packed. Hope you can help.
I'm trying to print to a Photocopier which has a mailboxprint queue (to
stack infrequent reports). The model is Oce 3165/VarioPrint 2065-70 PCL5e
and it supports LPR printing.
The program is very simple and prints OK to a range of other printers in
both design mode and runtime mode.
In DESIGN mode it WILL print to the Photocopier!
In run-time mode, NOTHING is added to the print queue of the photocopier.
I've tried this on my XP workstation and on Windows 2000 server.
I've used RBuilder since version 6, and never seen this. Any ideas?
All I'm calling in the Delphi program is: ppReport1.Print and choosing the
printer from the print dialog.
TIA
Barry
