Additional porting problem
Hi,
As I told, I am moving Delphi 1 project to Delphi 2007.
The D1 project uses two sorts of reports.
There are 154 RTM files created with RBuilder 3.52. The porting currently is discussed with Nico.
And there are 86 RPT files created with ReportSmith 2.5.
In current stage, I simply replaced ReportSmith for D2007 with an empty placeholder.
In future, I wish to replace ReportSmith reports with RBuilder reports.
So, my question - is there some easy way from RPT to RTM?
Or I should build new RB reports from scratch?
Thank you,
Mahris

We are not aware of any conversion tools for ReportSmith to ReportBuilder.
To avoid any conflicts in file formats, I would recommend creating these
reports over again in RB. You will most likely find that this is an easy
task and may be able to refactor some reports to run more efficiently and
look better.
