edited June 2008 in General
I have grouped my report and want the Group header to print a as a page
before the start of each group. How do I go about this? Thanks

    Hi Russell,

Try placing a TppPageBreak object inside the group header. All objects
before this one in the z-order inside that band will print before the page
breaks, essentially giving you a full page just for the group header. You
can use the Send To Back, Bring To Front options to adjust the z-order.

Thanks, this worked but now the first page after the Group Header aligns as
if the group header is there (a blank space appears at the top of the page).
    How do I prevent this?

    Many thanks

    Hi Russell,

This is how the pagebreak component is designed to work however it would be
a good addition for a later version of ReportBuilder to add the ability to
snap the next component printed after a pagebreak to the top.

After playing around with it a bit, I did find a bit of a workaround. Try
deleting the pagebreak component, then add an empty subreport and re-add the
pagebreak component. This will snap the subreport to the top of the next
page along with the detail band. Deleting the subreport now will remove any
    space left.
