rbuilder dbrichtext in pppreview is jumbled text

Hi All,
I'm using Rb10.07 on Delphi 2007 also Richview wrapper with rb10.
during designing the report, i dropped a dbrichview report. Go to preview
tab and everything's fine.
However during runtime i view the report in in ppviewer and the richtext
is jumbled text / grey bands. Depending on what i view.

Any ideas?

    I recommend contacting RichView tech support about any issues related to its
    use.

    My guess is that RB RichView support is not included in your run-time app.
    Typically if something works at design-time, but not run-time, then you need
    to add one or more units to the 'uses' clause of your application.
