Delphi 5, TeeChart 4 and RBuilder 5.5

edited August 2008 in General
In order to avoid the message " lEditCha.dcu not foud"
I have tested with various version of TeeChart (5, 6, and 8) installing
first the TeeChart, then the Report Builder, but the system doesn't work.

Now I tested with TeeChart version 4, but it give me the following messages:
"
Can't load package ...borland\delphi5\RBuilder\Lib\dclRBC55x.bpl
uno de los dispositivosvinculados al sistema no funciona.
Do you want to attempt to load the package next time a project is loaded?
"
the same thing happends with the package

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\rblBE55.bpl

Both package are in the respective folders.

If I use ReportBuilder, in the TppReport does't show the TeeChart icon.
Revieng the documentation that come with the Report Builder 5.5, said that
support TeeCart 5.0 and 4.

What can I do?

I searched for TeeChart and for lEditCha, but none of them show a similar
    problem, beside my own.

I am trying to find out wich version of TeeChart should I buy, that is the
reason to test with all the version, buit I found in the ReportBuilder
documentation that version 4 and 5.0 work with my RB that I own. But I can
use it. I want to be sure before buying the TeeChart version.

I ask to TeeChart people, but they said that I should ask the RB.

    I will appreciate any guideline.

    Hi Alberto,

If you look in the ReportBuilder help under the ReportBuilder Reference |
TeeChart | Delphi 5 |... section you will see a list of the version(s) of
TeeChart that are compatable with your version of ReportBuilder.
