Error message for RB 11.0 pro. for Delphi 7: "Filed to get data for theme"

Dear friends,

I do download RB 11.0 pro. for Delphi 7 in windows XP.
-When I added ppreport1 to form and I did double click of mouse then saw
this error message: "Filed to get data for theme".
-Did support RB 11.0 all themes of RB 10.09?

resolved with a new build.
