Barcode2D - PDF417 scans incorrectly

I have another problem with 2D barcodes. They do not scan properly, I
mean data in and data out do not match.

To test it I created a report which contains just the barcode - I set
it's data to 263 character string (in format required by FedEx)
containing an address and some other data. After printing when scanned
(barcode is recognised as valid) it returns a string of 407 digits. Any
hints?

I tried the build downloaded yesterday, the same.
