I am using Delphi 2009, however I can't use the latest report builder

when I get the rtl120 error.

Perhaps you mean the Delphi Component | Install Pacakges dialog?
Did you have a prior version of RB 11.02 installed?
Make sure you download the latest available RB 11.02 build for D2009 from
our web site.
Uninstall, then reboot and run Delphi. Make sure everything is working
without ReportBuilder. Access the Component | Install Packages dialog and
check that the ReportBuilder packages have been removed. If you have any RB
add-ons, remove them as well, they will need to be updated/rebuilt after you
install RB.
Exit Delphi;
Re-install RB.

No add ons.

Any other thought?

Have you ever had a version of ReportBuilder installed on this machine?
Which exact version of ReportBuilder are you using? Trial or Registered?
Server, Enterprise, Professional, or Standard?
Which updates do you have for Delphi 2009?

update2 for delphi 2009
dave
For future reference, when stating your enviornment please use clear terms
such as...
ReportBuilder 11.02 Professional Edition, Trial.
Delphi 2009 Update 2, Registered
Windows Vista Ultimate
This helps us try to mimic your setup and hopefully recreate the issue much
more easily.
In my testing, I was able to successfully install ReportBuilder Professional
Registered and Trial with Delphi 2009 Update 2.
Are you using a registered copy of Delphi 2009?
Take a look at the following article on cleaning a corrupt install and try
to re-install ReportBuilder.
