Email from Print Preview

I was just curious how exactly the email from the print preview works
(version 11.01 to 11.03).

Sometimes for certain computers here, it does not appear to send the
email and on others it works fine. I looked at the code and it looked
like it was using SMTP to send the email. If that is the case, how does
it get the hostname to use?

Hi Jeff,

The Email feature works with a plug-in architecture that allow you to either
connect to your email server directly (using Indy) or leverage your existing
default email client installed on your machine. The default plug-in uses
MAPI which attempts to connect with a MAPI compatible client installed on
your machine (Outlook, Eudora, etc.).
