TppTBXNexus/ppTBX.pas

Hi

I thought we had seen the last of this error but it has just occured at
another customer though I do not recall the ppJvInspector mentioned below
before.

The version of RBuilder\Lib\ppTBX.pas I have is 16/12/08 18:41
RBuilder\Lib\ppTBXPanel.pas is 16/01/09 18:30.

I know I have updated 2009 with 11.03 but I thought I had left 2007 on 11.02
with the fixes you supplied some weeks ago.

Can you please advise if this is a new issue or something I have changed.

    Hi Philip,

    The files you mention below are up to date. We have had no other occurances
    of this issue since the release of 11.03. Are you able to provide any more
    information on where the error is occuring in the RB code? Are you certain
    your customer is using the updated files/latest version?

    Hi there

    The customer is on the latest build as I installed it at about 10:00 it
    failed at 11:39.

    Other than knowing it was in ppJvInspector.pas at line 3562 I can offer no
    further details as this was on a customer machine. He was working on
    another application (with my application open but not in use) at the time.
    The error simply appeared for no obvious reason.

    The build I am using with D2007 is 11.02 with the fixes provided by Nard on
    29/01/09, I did not update D2007 to 11.03 as I was worried that this issue
    would return with the build of my application which is in general use.

    I have had a number of customers get very upset with me because of this
    error and I did not want to see it back. I have one customer who has a
    batch of Dell's which keep Blue Screening, whilst my application is open but
    not in use, and I am not totally convinced that the error is not due to
    TppTBXNexus/ppTBX.pas though because they Blue Screen I have no details.

    I will upgrade D2007 to 11.03 and hope we see the back of this.
