There are currently no versions of ReportBuilder that are natively compatible with .NET. RAD Studio 2009 does not include a .NET personality - it has been discontinued along with VCL.NET.
For ASP.NET, we have an example of compiling the RB WebTier into a COM object and calling it from ASP.NET
For windows apps, one option is to use Delphi Win32 to build the reports into a COM object that you can call from .NET. Both Delphi and .NET have excellent COM support.
