Upgrading to 11.03 with Tee Chart Support

I have upgraded from Report Builder (Pro) 10.09 to 11.03.

RBuilder 11.03
TeeChart Pro8

Report Builder installs successfully. However, the Tee Chart
installation fails.

The installation program fails to respond after it displays the
following messages.

Hi Richard,

Try running the RBTeePackageBuilder application manually and see if that
resolves the issue.
