Unicode in a ppDBRichText box

I have Unicode working with ppDBMemo boxes great, but my unicode chars
(Korean in this case) will not display in a ppDBRichText box. Should they
display properly? I really need the RichText features.

    There is now patch availble for RB 11.04 for D2009 that corrects an issue we
    found while researching this question.
