WEB calendar component in RB11.04

edited May 2009 in General
I can't get the calendar component to work on WEB. When pusking the calendar
button on the parameterpage, the app. jumps back to the reports list view.

I have compiled the WebTier in RB11.04. The same with rbServer and the
template.

What am I missing? Any help?

Greetings

We are not aware of any issues with Web Calendar for RB 11.04. There were
some issues with RB 11.03 that we fixed. Perhaps you have a corrupt
installation or have not rebuilt the WebTier using RB 11.04.

I just tried a simple test here and did not encounter any errors. I used the
main RB Server demo and added an .rtm based report with a simple query
against the DBDemos customer table. I used D2007 and RB 11.04 for my test.

Try using Windows Explorer to browse the cache diriectory (the default is
C:\rbWebPub\Cache). Inside that folder should be a subfolder called YUI. If
that folder does not exists, then perhaps you have a security issue with the
WebTier not being able to write the folder and files to the cache. This is
    just a guess.

    Hi

May I ask what is this Web Calendar?

I have looked at your web site and can find no mention of such a feature?

AutoSearch Calendar Date Picker for dates (windows, web)

This feature is listed on the What's New for RB 11 page, under the section
    'Report Parameters and AutoSearch' :)
