How to print watermark ?

How can I print a watermark using the Page Style band?
When I put a label with a light gray color in this tab, the report looks
fine in the preview window, but, when I send the same report to a laser jet
printer the text is printed like a solid black;

There is a patch available for RB 11.04 that fixes this issue. Email
