Print To File Setup is not saving the order properly

Hi,

The Print To File Setup is not saving the order of the Selected Controls.
I've noticed this for controls in the Detail band but its probably true for
all bands. I've tried even removing them all from the Selected Controls and
adding them back in the correct order but as soon as you save and re-open
the report the order is out-of-order again.
