Rotated Text Walks Across page

here is a quick example a problem we have
1) Create a label and place anywhere on the report.
2) In the IDE toggle the rotation between 0 and 270 degrees. a few times.

Amazing..!!! the text walks across the report on its own.....Surely it
should rotate about its origin !!!

Is this how we do animated text in Reportbuilder 11.04......Cool
