Arrange several shapes

Hi,
I have the following problem:

I create several Shapes each with a userdefined width.

I have to arrage these shapes so they are attached to each other in
horizontal direction.

Excample:

Left Width
Shape 1 0.0 10.5
Shape 2 10.5 20.0
Shape 3 30.5 25.0
...

I work with units "mm".

Now the problem is, that I often get gaps between the shapes (or they
overlap).

What is wrong here?

Hi Josef,

I tested with rectangles sized to the specs below and was unable to see any
overlapping or gaps. Where are you seeing this behavior? In the designer
it is hard to tell however it may have something to do with screen
resolution. Printing to PDF or paper showed no gaps or overlapping.
