Can't send report by email with Windows 2008, Thunderbird + TS

I have a strange situation: Windows 2008 with Thunderbird installed as
default email mapi client. The button to send the report by email (in the
preview form) doesn't work for people acessing by Terminal Services. You
click the button, nothing happens.

Any guess?

Hi Carlos,

My first suggestion would be to track the MAPI error using the method in the
following article. Note that we have had users in the past that have
experienced issues getting Thunderbird to work with the simple MAPI plugin.
Doing a quick search on the web, it is clear that many Thunderbird users
share these problems.
