Parameter Search Expression bug

edited October 2009 in General
Hello Folks,

I'm getting an exception simply by this :
Insert a ppreport in a form.
open the editor
in the parameters list I add one parameter and I give it a name.
the I change it to dtDateTime.
-in value it shows the result of now()
-in the search expression it shows 'Exception EIntOverflow: integer
overflow'

If I go to searchexpression in the property editor I always get an exception
when I try to get out of it.

The only way to get out of here is terminating the delphi task.

Delphi 2010 update1
RB 11.06
Spanish SO with DD/MM/YYYY HH:NN short datetime format

Francis

Also if I select dtDate the value property has hour minutes and secords as
default value (which I think it's not correct)

    Hello there,

While waiting, I can confirm you this issue only raises a exception when the
parameter is dtDate, dtTime, dtDatetime and the value has a time part like
    '25/10/2009 20:30:00'

    Regards,

    Francis

There is now a patch available for RB 11.06 that resolves this issue. I sent
it to you. Registered users of RB 11.06 can email support@ and request the
