AV when searching for a text in a richtext

Hello,

there seems to be a problem with the text search. I'm searching for a text,
which is in a richtext and while doing that, I'm getting an access
violation. After the AV the text is correctly selected. With a "normal" text
it works fine.

What can be done to solve it?

    There is now a patch for RB 11.06 that solves this issue. Please contact
    support@digital-metaphors.com if you would like the patch.

    that sounds good, thanks a lot!

    A question before I do that, though: you say it's for RB 11.06, so I assume,
    that it wouldn't work with RB 11.05, would it?
    We didn't update our RB version yet, that's the reason for the question.

    You need to update to RB 11.06 and then apply the patch. We never test a
    patch with prior releases.
