Error creating form

I am changing the Delphi7 + RB10 to Delphi2007 + RB11.06

My application has a blank screen that has a ppReport.

Screens of my application report are inherited from the screen reported
above.

Child windows that have the design of the report.

In Delphi7 this structure works perfectly.

In Delphi2007, when I open the project created in Delphi7 and access to
child window is generated the error "Error creating form: Access violation
at address 000000. Read of address 00000"

How to solve this problem?

In some windows, setting a new ppReport in the DFM (by text) to load the
Delphi2007 the window but it does not work for all.

Please create a simple example project that demonstrates the issue. Use
standard Delphi components and RB. Use the DBDemos data. Send in zip format
