A bug with the grouping feature

Hello,

I think there is a bug with with the grouping feature:
in my DataPipeline I have some fields, which I set to visible := false
depending on the need. Within the DataTree everything looks fine. When I'm
creating a group, though, I can see *all* fields in the combobox there -
also those, which are actually invisible.
Already this is not correct.

That's probably the reason for the following wrong behaviour:
When I select one of the fields, which have visible set to true, it looks
correct in the grouping-options window. Once I confirm that with "ok", I
see, that a different field is showed as the grouping field withint the
GroupHeaderBand. It seems to a be a field with a misplaced index and that
offset seems to depend on the count of the fields, which which have visible
set to false, but are visible in the grouping-options window.
Once I open that window again, the combbox has the correct field selected
again.

Hope you know what I mean.
