    Hi jl,

    I'm a bit unclear about what you are trying to accomplish. If you would
    like to break to a new page after a group has finished, you can simply set
    the group to start on a new page with the NewPage property. The only reason
    you would want to insert a PageBreak component at the end of a group would
    be to separate some components in the group footer from others.

    ?Hi,

    maybe i was a bit unclear: my problem is, that the detail band in a sub-
    report is differently long and i want to insert a pagebreak after the
    detail-band when it is near to the bottom of the page. when not then the
    next dataset should be printed in the detailband.

    sorry my english is not very well ;-)

    Hi JL,

    There should be no need to take care of this manually. One option is to
    place a TppRegion inside the detailband and set the KeepTogether property of
    the region to True. Then place all existing components into the region.

    If you would like to know the actual position of the report as it generates,
    you can check the Report.Engine.PrintPosRect property however I recommend
    using the other way first.
