DBExpress-Firebird-D2010-rb11
Hi,
I am migrating from D7 and Firebird with IBO components to D2010
Enterprise which include dbExpress Firebird Drivers.
I connect to a database and dataset by using
datasource,clientdataset,datasetprovider and sql. Set to active and I
can see data in a grid at both design and runtime.
I link the above datasource to a ppdatapieline and that to a ppReport.
In the Report Writer I see the data pipeline but no fields.
Am I missing a driver for Firebird ? Or is their some other setting in
the pipeline ?

If you double click on the pipeline after connecting it to the datasource
are the fields present? Are you sure all the proper connections are made
between the dataset, datasource, pipeline and report?
Are you able to recreate this issue with a simple example perhaps using the
DBDemos database and paradox?
