How to navigate to a certain RAP program?

edited December 2009 in General
Hello,

I would like to know, how I can navigate to a certain RAP program, when I
determine, that this program contains errors.
Before saving a report, I'm checking for errors in RAP. Once I find some, I
would like to "navigate" to them. I.e. if have a ppVariable with a bad code,
I would like to go to the Calc tab (if enabled) and there to the program
"Variable1OnCalc" to see the code. Alternatively, if the Calc tab is not
enabled, I would like to go to the Calc dialog (if enabled) of this
variable. In both cases from every possible tab within the designer.

How can I achieve that?

Regards,
Mark

    Hi Mark,

The Code workspace is not designed to work this way. If there are errors in
your RAP code, you will need to take a look at the treeview on the left and
look for the red indicators that the code has issues. It is up to the
person using the Code workspace to know how this works and utilize it.
