word documents not being rendered properly in a dbrichtextcontrol

Hi all,

I'm storing word documents in a image field in a sql server database. When
trying to render them in a report using dbrichtext control, it shows
garbage. I verified that the doc stored in the database is ok by exporting
it and succesfully opening it with ms word. Wondering if this is a known
issue in version 10.07 and was fixed later, or I'm doing something wrong.
The documents are plaing english with nothing fancy.

    Word documents saved in native Word format are not Rich Text. The RichText
    controls in RB (and Delphi for that metter) will handle RTF documents but
    not native Word documents.
