Calc Fields

D7, RB 11.06
Designing a new report. Report does not have grouping (non aggregate).
Want to create a calc field of Qty * Value. In Calc tab, double click on
Qty and it adds at bottom sa Sum. Change to Expression but it won't allow
me to edit the expression. In previouse versions I did no have this
problem. Could add express of math or concatenate fields, etc.

Hi Bob,

New for RB 11, you simply type the custom expression you would like to use
into the Function combobox. This was to streamline the calc section.

Oh how simple. I guess I was just stuck on the old way and could not see
that.
