TppDesigner.Mergemenu causes Memory Leak
It seems RBuilder does not free resources used to implement the
MergeMenu (TppDesigner.MergeMenu = ) method before destroying
the DesignerWindow. I am using V10.07 and the leak is reported by FastMM
upon application termination.
Is there any way I can force and UnMerge action before freeing the
TppDesigner object?

My first suggestion would be to update your version to RB 10.09 and re-test.
In my quick testing with a simple merge menu in RB 11.07, FastMM did not
return any memory leaks.
