Calc Tab - Upper Left Corner Pane is invisible (Sized too small), How can I get it back?

I can't seem to enlarge it once I grab it. I tried deleting the
rbuilder.ini, no luck. Please hepl
Windows 7, Report Builder 7 and 5, both are stuck.

In the Calc tab in design mode, My upper left corner window has dissappeared, how can I get it back? I can't seem to grab it to widen it.

Hi Jim,

Are you certain you are deleting the correct version of RBuilder.ini? This
should be located in the WINSYS (Windows\System32\) directory. Once you
delete it and re-load the designer, what values do the calc dialog sections
have inside the ini file? Below are the values I have in mine, perhaps you
can manually alter yours.
