Hello,

Is there a way to configere the designer as follow:

1. Hide the report tree from the designer (hide it in the popup menu too).
2. Make the DataTree of the designer always visible
3. Make sure that in the 'Data Tree' ont the 'Layout Tab' only Fields are
selected, without a label.
4. Make the 'Data Tab' visible on the Data Tree. (not the Layout Tab).

I want to make these changes to make is as simple as possible for our
customers.

I would apprediate any help with this.

    Here is an rbWiki example that shows how to customize the menu's and
    toolbars

    The Report Designer configuration information for the docking and
    toolbar/toolwindow positions, etc is stored in RBuilder.ini. You can
    configure the Report Designer and then let it save the info to RBuilder.ini.
    Thendistribute RBuilder.ini with your application. For RB 11, the default
    location for RBuilder.ini by is the users local app data folder. This can be
    controlled via the TppDesigner properties for IniStorageName and
    IniStorageType
