RB11 + Richtext + PDF

In previous versions of RB, the PDF output of Richtext controls was not very
good. I see previous post(s) that explain the output was converted to an
image format before printing thus resulting in the loss of quality.

I was noticing the RB 11 features say:
Report Output Enhancements

. new PDF embedded font support

. new PDF RichText, TeeChart, Barcode, PaintBox support (converts to native
PDF)

. new PDF vector graphics support (converts metafiles to native PDF)

. new PDF canvas architecture

Does this mean of quality of PDF output for these controls no longer suffers
from the loss of quality due to the conversion to an image format before
printing to PDF?

Thinking about upgrading to RB 11.
