Add a button to ppArchiveReader toolbar

Hi,

I have tried to add a button to the ppArchiveReader in a similar fashion to
the ppPreview but the ToolBar property is not visible.

How do I do this?

The Designer, Report, ArchiveReader, and ClientReport all use the same
Preview plug-in. Here is an rbWiki 'How To' example for adding a button to
