Cross Tab Angled Text XE4 RB 15.01

Hi,

Now that Labels have a Text Angle property (brilliant), can Cross Tab
column headers be configured with 90 degree angles, i.e rotated text.

This has prevented me using the Standard Cross Tab Report as the column
widths produce a Report with very wide columns but the content of the
calculated data is rarely more than 2 chars.

Hi Mike,

It is not possible to rotate text inside a crosstab. It is however
possible to add a rotated label to the new TableGrid component.

We will consider allowing rotated text inside a crosstab for a future
release. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks Nico,

This has always been a show stopper for me and I notice over the years
several others requesting so I think many would utilize this feature.

Many years ago you, or someone at D-M suggested a third party component
but I no longer have that thread to follow up.

Do you recall and if so is it an alternative ?

Hi Mike,

You are likely speaking of GridPack. Unfortunately GridPack did not
support rotated text inside a crosstab either.

Thanks again for the feedback. We base most of our new features on user
feedback so it is helpful to know what is needed.

Just like to add my support to Mike's request. Rotated text in cross tabs
would be very useful.
