Error message during installation of ReportBuilder Server 15.02 for Delphi XE5

I tried to install ReportBuilder Server 15.02 for Delphi XE5 (including
Update 1), but unfortunately I get an error message:

Please run Delphi XE5 once and then exit.

This will initialize the Delphi registry settings required to install
ReportBuilder.
------------------------------------------------

Running Delphi did not solve the problem. The error keeps popping up.

Does someone recognize this problem?

Hi Jack,

When installing ReportBuilder, the installer looks in the following
registry location to be sure the key exists.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\12.0\Library

The Delphi IDE creates this key the first time it is opened and it is
necessary to open Delphi at least once before installing ReportBuilder.

Check your machine to be sure this key exists and be sure you are logged
into the machine as the administrator before installing. If it does
not, you either do not have proper access to the key or you do not have
Delphi XE5 installed.
