My initial guess would be that you have your report using a different paper size than the printer (i.e. The report is set up to use A4 and the printer has Letter paper in the tray). If your footer band info is at the very bottom of the report, it could be getting cut off if the paper size does not match.
If this is not the case, try adding another report component to the footer band and see if that prints. Also try increasing the size of the footer band. Be sure the band itself and all components are set Visible := True;.
Finally check any event code that might be toggling the visibility of bands/components.
