Change datapipelines

edited September 2014 in General
Hello:

I'm using RB 15.04 and I would like to change the pipeline
configuration for the reports. Currently all reports are stored in a
database, and the pipelines and querys are created in the report from
the designer.

I want to redirect all pipelines from each report to a datamodule (one
datamodule for report), instead of using the pipelines created from
report designer.

Is there any option, once loaded a report, to detect if it has a
TdaDatamoule linked, and then redirect all pipelines to a compiled
datamodule, and then remove the dadatamodule and save the report to db
again.

Regards

    Hi Chus,

I'm a bit unclear about what you are trying to accomplish.
ReportBuilder will automatically detect all datapipelines on any active
form or datamodule in your application.

When you say "pipelines and querys are created in the report from
the designer", do you mean using DADE in the Data Workspace (Data tab)?
Are you trying to move from internal datasets defined in DADE to
external pipelines and datasets defined in Delphi?
