Query Designer doesn't work for RB 17 and XE8/10 Seattle

Hello, I wanted to do a minor change in one of my older projects. I
needed just to add one new column to a query created via the Query
Designer in TppReport's Data page. Unfortunatelly that was not possible
because of an error:
---------------------------
Error
---------------------------
A component named _1 already exists.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

So I tried to investigate a problem and I created a new sample project
from scratch. I also created a simple MS SQL database Test containing a
single and very simple table Test, and a new RAD Studio (Delphi) project
which connects the database using TFDConnection component. I added a new
TppReport component and in the designer I set up the Data Settings to
FireDACSession using the connection of MSSQLServer type.

If I try to add a new query using menu File / New... whenever I choose
the Query Designer I recieve the "A component named _1 already exists"
error and after this the Query Designer contains only blank tabs except
the SQL one which contains proper data. The only way how to create or
modify query is to use SQL language.

If I use the Query Wizard it works well as expected. I can preview data
from the Data tab, but I can't do any changes because of the same error.
Again, I can only edit the SQL itself.

I tried to change the project to use ADO and the result was similar.
Also there is no difference between XE8 and 10 Seattle. The error is
same.

BTW: The error occures whenever I try to change to any other tab then
the "SQL" in the Query Designer.
