Also, I have an issue with font. MICR font is installed on the computer and the ReportBuilder recognizes it and prints fine, but then the next day it does not. The font has to be reinstalled on the computer (eventhough it says it is already installed) for the ReportBuilder to recognize it again.
The font problem is not a known issue however it may be that the account generating reports does not have access to the custom font you have installed. If you are able to reliably recreate this issue on multiple machines, please create a simple example and send it in .zip format (including the custom font) to support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
I would highly recommend that you consider upgrading to the latest version of ReportBuilder (17.02) which includes a 1 year subscription of updates and bug fix/patches. Doing so will allow us to actively address any issues or bugs within RB that you are encountering. Older versions of ReportBuilder are no longer updated or supported. See the link below for more information on upgrades and subscriptions.
At the very least I suggest upgrading to the latest version of RB 14 (14.08) and retesting your application. This is a free upgrade for registered RB 14 users. Send your serial number and purchasing email address to info@digital-metpahors.com for upgrade information.
