Font changes from Arial 11 to Arial 69 when Delphi app is run from Windows Task Scheduler in indepen
Hi,
we are seeing a very strange behavior:
When our Delphi app with RB is printing to a PDF file from the Windows
Task Scheduler and the option "Run whether user is logged on or not" is
checked for the task, the font of all the controls changes to an
enormous size (Arial 11 suddenly gets Arial 69).
What could cause this? What can we do about it?
PS: When set to "Run only when user is logged on" the exact same task
works fine.

In my quick testing with a simple console app and the task scheduler, I
was unable to recreate this with RB 17.03, Delphi 10.1 Berlin, and
Windows 10.
1. Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using?
2. How are you detecting the font size during the generation of the report?
3. From your description, it appears all fonts are being scaled roughly
six times or the difference between screen pixels (96 ppi) and a common
printer resolution of 600 dpi. Is the default printer for your account
a 600 dpi printer? Does the account used when you are logged out have a
printer installed?

thanks for the quick response.
The problem is actually caused by a third party component (WPTools RB
plugin), so I will take the problem to the third party vendor.
Just for the record, I will still answer your questions:

We are currently using RB 16.01 and Delphi XE7.
report?
We looked at the PDF with Adobe PDF Reader.
The problem is independent of the account default printer resolution.

Hello Jens,
we're also using WPTools Richtext and his wPDF. Currently with RB 18
ent and latest updates from WPTools we have compareable problems, but
only if we export it to PDF. On the screen and on the printout
everything is ok.
Have you solved your problems? Do you have an updated ppWpTools working
better?
