Error trying to uninstall ReportBuilder after Delphi was uninstalled
When trying to uninstall ReportBuilder 15.02, I get an error and am
asked to run Delphi XE5 once and then exit. The problem is that Delphi
XE5 was removed from this system. I want to do a fresh install of
ReportBuilder into Delphi XE7 which is currently installed and I do not
want problems.
How can I remove ReportBuilder without having Delphi XE5 installed? I
tried running Delphi XE7 once and exiting, but the error message still
appears when I try to run the uninstall from control panel.

The RB installer/uninstaller relies on some of the registry keys defined
for Delphi to operate. Since these keys are now removed, you can
manually remove RB from your machine.
See the following article on how this can be done. (Skip step 1).
