Migrate from IBX to FireDAC: How to adapt the report templates

Hi,

One of my programs that uses ReportBuilder has to be migrated from
Firebird to PostgreSQL. Currently I use IBX as database layer to access
the Firebird database.
To get the application working on the new PostgreSQL database I'll
exchange IBX for FireDAC. First step is FireDAC with Firebird database
driver. Second step is PostgreSQL.
The point is that the are quite some existing reports created for IBX
using for example TdaIBXQueryDataView etc.

What way can I convert these existing report templates?

Using RB18.01 and Delphi 10.1 Berlin

Hi Jeroen,

See the following article on how to convert templates from one
connectivity to another. The article shows BDE to ADO but the same
concepts apply.
