Saving a Report as a Space Delimitted File

I am using D7 and RB704.

When saving a report to file using an end user report designer, is there a
way to create a space delimited file using a variable? It keeps adding
double quotes around the entire variable contents.

Is there a way to turn this off even when a comma is in the variable text?
