End User Report compatibility with Windows 98?

Hi,
I have workstation running XP and 98 and user on 98 can not modify old
report or create new report but they are able do this on XP.
Is there a compatibility issue? or ReportBuilder End-User solution does not
support Windows 98?
Application is builder with Delphi7, Reportbuilder 7.04, extra device 2.80
and SQL7

    Try running the RBuilder\Demos\EndUser\ReportExplorer example.

    There are no known issues with Win98 and RB.

    Applications running under Win98 have resource limitations that are not
    present in Win NT/200/XP. Make sure that your Delphi project makes efficient
    use of resources. Avoid using the Delphi autocreate forms feature.
