No data Pipelines available in the end user report - IBO

Nothing I do can get the datapipelines to be available at runtime.

At designtim, the datadictionary populates just fine.

How do I get the report to show the available pipelines.
It just shows at runtime.

Using IBOSession, and yes daIBO included in uses clause

1. As a starting point, work thru the EndUser tutorials in the Developers
Guide. They start with paradox and there is one for the DataDictionary and
one for Interbase. The EndUser Databases examples such as IBO, contain a
ReadMe.doc with supplemental information.

2. The Data workspace of the report designer is used to create sql dataviews
that each contain a datapipeline, datasource, query dataset. One you create
a query dataview, its datapipeline will be available to the design
workspace.
