Black rectangle and not image!

I'm using here 2 products with ReportBuilder "embedded" - I think the
release is something like 9.02.
In each of the product (one acouting software and one bank product) we have
the ability to put our logo into the document.
We have the similar problem : sometimes (rarely) we print (in black and
white) the invoice of the banklog and the logo is not printed - we have a
black rectangle in place?
Is it a problem with our printer (HP LJ 2550c), our logo or in RB ?
