How can we print a report to a text file at runtime through coding
without showing preview.?

See my previous answer on changing the device. Same thing accept you will
set the DeviceType to 'TextFile'.

I would strongly recommend first reading through the ReportBuilder
Developer's Guide and working through the tutorials provided at the end.
This will give you the basic knowledge needed to create professional style
reports as well as introduce you to many of the features provided in RB.
The Developer's Guide can be found in the \RBuilder\Developer's Guide\
directory.
