I'm creating an application to print labels and reports which is designed
by
end-user. They (users) asked for a Zoom on Design tab. Do you have any
plans
to improve this feature on RB in the future?

Native zoom capabillity has been on the todo list.

Is it possible to zoom the display in the design mode? I know you can do
this when in the preview mode

There is no zoom capability in the designer. It is on the TODO list. You
can use the Windows magnifier to magnifiy an area of the layout

Has the editor no zoom? Like in preview?

Sorry but the ability to zoom in the Report Designer is not available. We
will keep it in mind for future enhancements or ReportBuilder
