TppReport on a TDatamodule?

Is it OK to place a TppReport object in a datamodule? Does this cause any
issues? My application is end user and shares one TppReport instance for
all loaded templates.

Hi Adam,

If you are using the latest version of ReportBuilder, there should be no
issues placing a TppReport on a DataModule. Are there any issues you are
currently encountering?

I belieive we are using RB 8.02 (timestamp on source files). We are using
Delphi 7.

I had a problem when loading a template that I thought might have something
to do with the TppReport instance being on a DataModule. The problem turned
out to be something else but it made me curious. I want to make sure I am
doing things that are intentionally supported.

Hi Adam,

There should be no problems placing reports on DataModules when using Delphi
7.
