Adding a page to the designer

With earlier versions I could add my own pages to the designer, but with the
new architecture in V10 I am having trouble.

I am using the Notebook.AddPage method, and the page tab appears ok but I
get an AV when I select it.

Any thoughts?

    I created a patch for RB 10.02 that fixes the simplest test case I created
    here. I will email you the patch.
